Browserweb.org and other trademarks and/or service marks (including logos and designs) found on the Web Site are trademarks/service marks that identify Browserweb.org and the goods and/or services provided by Browserweb Inc. Such marks may not be used under any circumstances without the prior written authorization of Browserweb Inc.

Browserweb.org may provide hyperlinks to third-party web sites as a convenience to users of the Web Site. Browserweb.org does not control third-party web sites and is not responsible for the contents of any linked-to, third-party web sites or any hyperlink in a linked-to web site. Browserweb.org does not endorse, recommend or approve any third-party web site hyperlinked from the Web Site. Browserweb.org will have no liability to any entity for the content or use of the content available through such hyperlink.

The information and materials on the Web Site could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the information contained herein. Webmaster for Hire

Browserweb reserves the right to change and amend the Hire a Webmaster rates without prior notice to you. However, Browserweb will always endeavor to notify you of any impending price changes.

Webmaster Plans

The selected number of webmaster hours are paid in advance for the required billing time purchased as identified on the website. If the amount deposited toward the Hire a Webmaster plan is not billed within three months of hire then the deposited funds expire and no refunds are available. It is the clients responsibility to ensure the project(s) are started and completed in a reasonable time and deposited funds are used within three months of deposit.

Special Offer, Promotions and Guarantees

Our current offer is 3 second or under page speed for Managed Web Hosting Plans. This is subject to using the GTmetrix page speed tool (gtmetrix.com) and you agree to the following;

This offer applies to WordPress Websites only
This offer is for new hosting signups.
You agree to Browserweb capturing your website’s current page speed using GTmetrix.
Allow Browserweb to display your before and after results for marketing purposes,
The page speed optimization will most likely require some code and plugin changes. You agree that Browserweb can access your website to improve your website’s page speed performance.
This offer is for the home page of your website only (desktop version only). Any other pages would be subject to optimization time and billing fees.
Browserweb will optimize and capture a screenshot to show you the results.
After the page speed of three seconds or under has been verified, the guarantee has been completely satisfied.
Browserweb cannot guarantee the page speed after this screen grab as other factors may impact page speed of the website in the future outwith Browserweb’s control.
If Browserweb fails to reach the page speed of 3 seconds or under, Browserweb agrees to provide free Managed WordPress hosting services as per the plan the client signed up for, for a period of 12 months.
Any disputes on the page speed must be in writing within five working days after Browserweb completes the page speed optimization, via email or ticket submission.
Browserweb’s decision will be final and not subject by either party to litigation in any court of law. Either a year’s free hosting will apply, a refund of the fees paid, or, no refund depending on our review of the case, it’s not rocket science after all.

Special Offer: Managed WordPress Web Hosting with Free Website

The offering of a discounted and / or a feature enhance subscription offering is a unique promotion with its own set of product offerings, in this case a bundled package. Browserweb Inc. only offers limited “seats” to the offer and it may be discontinued at any time.

The terms of the Managed WordPress Hosting and Free Website Offer are listed below, which should be read in conjunction and as part of the terms and privacy content above insofar as the legal obligations of both parties.

The offer requires purchase of one of the 3 annual subscription plans for Managed WordPress Web Hosting categorized in it’s own sales group and referred to as follows;

The Personal Planner, Managed WP Hosting Level I with Free Website
The Entrepreneur, Managed WP Hosting Level II with Free Website
The Online Addict, Managed WP Hosting Level III with Free Website

The free website offer for each plan is restricted to billable hrs and number of pages. For each of the Managed WP subscriptions, the offer includes;

The Personal Planner, Managed WP Hosting Level I with Free Website

– 10 hrs of planning, design and development work, with a maximum of one page, known as a parallax or one-page micro website.

The Entrepreneur, Managed WP Hosting Level II with Free Website

– 20 hrs of planning, design and development work, with a maximum of three pages, known as a micro website or brochure website.

The Online Addict, Managed WP Hosting Level III with Free Website

– 30 hrs of planning, design and development work, with a maximum of five pages, known as a micro website or brochure website.

The client agrees to allow Browserweb Inc., a Media Company to showcase this website design on their website(s) and online portfolios.

The client agrees to provide a testimonial, which will be an honest review of the web design and hosting experience.

The Fees for provision of the Service and the Site will be as set out in the Statement of Work or, where not set out in the Statement of Work, the Website pricing and store page(s). Browserweb Inc. will begin charging for provision of the services from the Start Date. Fees will be calculated solely in accordance with details recorded by, or on behalf of, Browserweb Inc..

Browserweb Inc. may also make an additional charge (on the basis of applicable abortive visit, administrative and other additional Fees detailed in the Price List) on its own behalf:

where incorrect information supplied by the Customer means it is technically impractical to provide the Service to the Customer;
where certain information provided by the Customer on the Statement of Work is illegible, inaccurate or incomplete;
where Browserweb Inc. provides any technical support in connection with the supply of the Service to the Customer outside normal office hours or normal support times, as applicable
Browserweb Inc. reserves the right to vary the Fees at any time.

Web Hosting, Domain Name Registrations and other Billable Services

Invoices for services are raised at Browserweb.org when purchased. Failure to pay invoices when due will ultimately result in suspension and finally termination of services.

When you sign up for a services or retain Browserweb’s Webmaster services, Invoices raised are due in three days from invoice and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Invoices are subject to late fees if not paid on time. All fees paid are non-refundable.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.

Changes to These Terms of Use

Browserweb.com reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time by posting new Terms of Use at this location. You can send e-mail to Browserweb.org with any questions relating to these Terms of Use at support[@]browserweb.org.
